The door to our Samsung MG11H2020CT won't open via the button unless we both press the button and pull the door open manually. In other words, the mechanism via the button will not release the door on its own. Any solution would be most appreciated. The interior is clean, there is nothing sticky preventing the mechanism to work. Thanks.
