Samsung Microwave oven, less than a year old. The grease filter by the vent fan falls off suddenly even while the fan is not on. Any solution or is it a defective part?

I purchased a replacement grease filter latch, item # DE94-02912A. I took 5 screws off from the bottome of the microwave which gave me enough room to reach in and remove the old latch. Then I removed the two screws on the bottom of the microwave holding the latch piece on. Remove the old piece and replace with the new piece. WaLa...

we are also having the same issue. We just bought the microwave on July 2019 and the microwave grease filter popped off. Is this a defect? Can you please send a replacement?
