My shopping list Sainsbury’s log in error

When trying to use the “buy it” feature in the my shopping list app I receive an authentication error when trying to connect to the Sainsbury’s account. After logging in with my username and password I receive the error {“code”:”retailers.oauth.cookie missing”,”description”:”OAuth cookie missing”}

Any issue how I resolve?

Try using the feature via the SmartThings app the first time around, accept cookies, a see if that doesn't do the trick.

Thank you for your suggestions. It works via the SmartThings app and have tried again on the fridge after going through the process on the app but still no joy I’m afraid. Same error.
