2 year old stove that has temperature/preheat issues.
If I set the oven to 400degress it will reach temp quickly and beep to let me know it is ready. If I check the ACTUAL temperature, its about 30-40degrees less than was set. The oven will never reach 400degres during the entire baking cycle, but displays 400 on the front.
Also, as a temporary solution, once the oven is done preheating and warmed up, I tried to set it to 401 degrees and it will start preheating again from about 360ish degrees and beeps again at 401. This usually corrects the problem, but not always. It seems like the oven knows the temperature, but has conflicting readings.
This happens with both upper and lower ovens!
SOMETIMES when I set the oven to 400degress it actually reaches it and is fine.
I have turned the breaker off and on. Multiple times.
I have an accurate thermometer to confirm the inaccuracy.
I have cleaned the oven to ensure proper operation.
Made sure the sensors are clear. - even though part of the ovens system knows the real temp.
The next step would be to have the unit serviced. Was the unit purchased in the US? If not, you would need to reach out to Samsung Support in your region: http://www.samsung.com/visitcountry. If the unit was purchased in the US, send me a private message so that we can get this set up: http://bit.ly/2ihPL97
