Kitchen and Family HubGot some crud that fell past the oven vent covers onto the surface below. The covers seem to be permanently affixed to the range so that I can't remove them to clean the surface. Another customer had the same issue in the Best Buy Q&A section. Customer service is stumped too. Can any engineers get back to me on this?

Kitchen and Family HubI'm looking for answers to this too. It looks like you have to remove some screws from the rear panel inorder to remove the vent grill, but I can't find an answer to this. I also foolishly got stuff back there and had some liquid spill into it.
Can anyone at least tell me what happens to what drops in there?

Kitchen and Family HubWhatever gets dropped in the exhaust vent will either make it's way into the oven, or sit in the vents. The cooktop would need to be removed from the unit to clean the vents out.
