Newest Family Hub Update bugs (plz fix!)

Greetings!

 

I have a Samsung Fridge, Galaxy 20, Samsung Washer, Dryer, Television etc.

 

The Family Hub update has disabled the Ring apps ability to:

1) Stay logged in (even after clearing the cache)

2) Unable to answer Live calls from the Ring doorbell

3) Unable to communicate via microphone to the Ring doorbell

 

Furthermore (perhaps needs different post)... the Shared Album feature is now unable to "Sign In" and utilize the media files to bypass uploading directly to Family Hub and/or USB port.

 

Ring App Version: 4.1.24 on

 

Samsung Frideg Model: RF265BEAESR/AA,RF265BEAESG/AA

 

Software Version:

TIZEN 4.0 (FHUB5.KTM.US.COMMON.MP.RELEASE 20200909_031916)

Yup. Garbage. And they point the finger at each other as to who"s problem it is. So over this overpriced junk.

Like at least provide an option to revert back to the last known functioning update.

 

Give me the old functionality at a minimum... we KNOW that at least works!
