No water dispensing, and unable to remove filter - PLEASE HELP

Hello, I have a home hub fridge (RF56M9540SR) family hub home multi door fridge freezer which no longer dispenses water or ice from the front left door.  I am assuming this is because the filter needs changing, but i am unable to unscrew/remove the filter. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST.

Yes, we do recommend regularly changing the water filter when prompted by the refrigerator for its best performance. If the troubleshooting steps within the article did not help above and you are out of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/
