Our oven is about 1 1/2 years old, just out of warranty and after performing a self clean, our oven will not heat up. Its starts then gives the message: "Check (C-A2) Please call your local SAMSUNG Customer Care Center."
I tried a 15 minute circuit breaker reset and the problem still happens. Not sure if there is something to do or is it something like the ice machine freezing over that just stopped working on our RF28K9380SR/AA that I have to pay out of pocket for?
Quick search didnt produce anything and the chat was absolutely worthless, was told to call a local electrician to find out the problem.
It’s funny I found this. The SAME EXACT thing is happening to me now. The oven is less than 2 years old and I cleaned it today. Getting the message C-A2. Was there an outcome on the problem
I followed this link and replace the cooling fan. Hardest part was just getting the backing off and remembering to take off the controller from the old fan. It's really an easy process.
