Samsung, Your tech just came out to investigate the code displayed on my oven, which will not work. He stated it is both the major and sub-PCB boards need to be replaced as they are not communicating. This is a faulty equipment issue and does not have anything to do with the use by the customer. My oven is only 18 months old so this needs to be repaired and my warranty extended since the equipment failed. How do I get this repaired under warranty? The cost is 593 which 50% of the original cost of the oven
