I have a Samsung wall oven and the light from inside shows when the door is closed. I've already adjusted temperature up 35 degrees and my food just doesn't cook according to time. I suspect the door doesn't properly close but don't know how to adjust it. Nothing seems to be in the way.
I'm sorry to hear that how long have you had the range? Also, are you letting heat up to the top setting you put before you put your food in?
