Oven door glass shattered!

I was standing in my kitchen across the room from my Samsung oven when I heard a noise and turned to see bits of glass draining from the oven’s glass door!

The oven is just over 5 years old and is rarely used. I hadn’t used or even open that door in over a month!  I saw a very similar post but didn’t not see it this is a known defect or what.  This was very dangerous and fortunately there were no pets or kids around! Is there a recall on these??

Model- NX58H5650WS

 

please provide a means to give you the s/n and photos.

I've added the Model to my post - Model- NX58H5650WS.

 

The Serial Number is <Hidden>

 

I don't see a place to attach pictures - please advise.
