So some blood leaked onto the glass shelving and got trapped under the glass and the plastic. Darn, but very common occurrence, right? Pain in the butt to remove the food and to take out the shelves, pop out the plastic and clean and disinfect, right? So, APPARANTLY after talking to customer service for over an hour, the glass on this model cannot be separated from the plastic. There are no tabs, nothing as the eye can see that would pop the glass out, but I called nonetheless in disbelief that I would have no recourse to spills trapped between the glass and the plastic. This cant be possible can it? Can someone please help me out on this matter? That would be absolutely disgusting to think about all the nastiness that would build up over time wedged in there.
