Kitchen and Family HubI have a 4-door refrigerator, RF25HM. The ice maker thawed overnight, and it appeared our freezer warmed to at least 40+ degrees F. Fridge was also about 30 degrees warmer than what it was set at. We emptied the freezer. We unplugged it for a few minutes, plugged in back in. Set "power cool" and "power freeze" and it started cooling again for a few hours, but eventually stopped again. Power was maintained the whole time, so it wasn't a power issue. We left it unplugged overnight, and a flashing "23 C" appeared when we plugged it back in. Not sure what to do now, it sounds like it's running at the moment.

Kitchen and Family HubUpdate: It appears to be an issue with the fan, and the system overheating and shutting off. If we could connect with a Samsung rep to walk us through some possible fixes or verify which parts are needed, that would be great. Thank you!

Kitchen and Family HubUpdate three days later: Fridge is still not working. Doesn't stay cool, will shut off after an hour or so and temps will rise in fridge and freezer. Waiting to hear from Tech Difficulties for a diagnostic service, haven't heard from them yet.

Kitchen and Family HubTech Difficulties came out yesterday and found it was a compresser issue, the fan is not working properly. The appointment was a diagnostic service, they did not make the repairs yet. It will cost us over $300 to have them repair the fan. Since the fan is a component to the compresser, and we were told a compresser issue would be covered in full by Samsung, will we have this repair cost waived? Thanks in advance, let me know if you need further info.

Kitchen and Family HubWe can look into that. Were you given a return date for them to compete the repair?
