Brand new refrigerator brought this year - model RF25HMEDBSG. The ice maker stopped working because it had frozen over. I chiseled away all the ice, cleaned it out, defrosted it, and hit the reset button. Now it doesn't work at all! Any suggestions?? I'm highly irate - I paid way too much for this to not have a working ice maker!!
Yes, Larry, I did all of that. Very unhelpful, as it still doesn't work. Which is fine, I'll have someone come out and fix it while it's under warranty and then file once the class-action lawsuit is underway against Samsung for refusing to address this exact same widespread problem. Thanks for the Samsung link though. lol.
