We bought this refrigerator in July of 2015. About a month or so ago, the refrigerator section stopped cooling. We reset it a couple of times (shutting off the breaker for 15 minutes or so), and it reset itself, but we still called out a repair person. Well the repair person (from Sears A&E) was great, and she said it was a defective thermostat on the defrost cycle regulator. We're waiting for the part; but the repair is costing $346.84. The repair person said Samsung has issued a replacement part as I was afraid we'd just have the same problem again. So, if the part was defective in the original refrigerator, we shouldn't have to pay for this repair - Samsung should reimburse us the cost.
