Hello I am having issues with my Flex drawer. It seems the control panel is no longer working. There are no lights illuminated, and the buttons are unresponsive. I had this issue in the past with this refrigerator and it was repaired under warranty, but it seems that the same issue has appeared again. The tech who repaired my refrigerator last time said there is an issue with the way the wiring is run for the Flex drawer. Since this is clearly a design flaw, is it still possible to have it repaired under warranty?
