I've got a 2 year old French Door Refrigerator with the same issue as so many have shared here on this forum. The IceMaker freezes up after only a week leaving melting ice in the tub with water dripping out of the in-door water dispensor.
I'm well aware of the Class Action Lawsuit against Samsung on this issue and wonder if anyone out there has successfully solved the problem long term and whether or not Samsung is going to pay to properly fix the problem. I saw that one person had a temporary fix of roughly 4 months. NOT GOOD ENOUGH SAMSUNG!
Being out of warranty really makes this difficult! I'm tired of waking up each day wondering if there will be any ice to use and whether there will be time to defrost the ice maker yet again.
Samsung please HELP!!!!!
