RF28M9580SR Nothing in freezer is frozen

I purchased the French Door Smart Refrigerator in October 2017. Now the freezer is not staying cold enough to freeze anything. The refrigerator is working fine. I see there have been a lot of other messages about this issue. Has anyone found a solution?
