RF28R7201SR need service for no light in dispenser

Hi,

The dispenser light on my new Samsung fridge, model number RF28R7201SR does not work.

Can you please help me get a tech to come and fix this on my fridge.

Clarification....

In the post I reference you give clear instructions on how to get a tech to come out and look at the fridge. The problem is that I'm now being told by Samsung phone and chat support that this model does not have a dispenser light. I have checked Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy around where I live and have found 5 floor samples of this model with working dispenser light. It is pretty clear to me that this model has a dispenser light. Now how do I get Samsung to agree and send out a tech?

I can totally understand that frustration! Please send any of the mods here a private message with the full model and serial number of your fridge so we can get a service ticket started 🙂
