Kitchen and Family HubDo you have to have the water pitcher in place to dispense water or can you use a glass? My refrigerator didn't have the pitcher when it was delivered. I'm getting the run around between who I bought it from - they told me to contact Samsung Customer Service. When I did contacted them, they switched me to chatting via text, then passed me on to their parts company who wanted $89 plus tax and shipping to get a new one. Not happy with this customer service..
