Kitchen and Family HubHello, I'm hoping to get some help with my lower ice maker. I've recently replaced the upper ice maker after it went out and really hoping I don't have to also replace the lower one as well! The current problem is that the lower ice maker is full of ice but just won't dump. I've tried resetting but there's no sound either beeps or motor running when I push the test button. I've tried holding it down for varied amounts of time but nothing ever happens. The ice is definitely on as I checked the lights on the front panel. Any additional ideas would be greatly appreciated!
