The fridge and freezer both will cool to the set temp (-4F, 38F) and will continue to display that temperature. Over the next day and half the ice will melt. At that time it still says (-4F, 38F) but it is not. If i unplug the unit and plug it back in, it will display the actual temperature (54, 58). It will then repeat the process. Sometimes when it's plugged back in it will give the E 23 error for the condesor fan. However, the condesor fan does come on on its own when the compressor is running. It just seems to only run once and then kind of coast.
