My range won’t turn off. The knob is stuck in the low flame position and won’t budge. (Not the knob itself because when I swap to another knob it still won’t budge.) ive been using wd40 and a plier to try to get the pin under the knob to turn and it won’t. Going on about 90 minutes now. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanking in advance.

If you haven't already please unplug the range and leave it unplugged. Is the unit showing anything on the display? Please send me a private message with your full model and serial number. http://bit.ly/2tCGnGK
