Hi, our autofill for the pitcher won't stop, it keeps going even when the pitcher is full causing overflow. Any ideas why?  Seems like whatever triggers the magnet on the cap of the pitcher to make it stop when the pitcher is full is no longer doing its job.

Hello, I would recommend resetting your refrigerator by unplugging it (or turn off power at the circuit breaker), wait some time (usually 1 to 5 minutes at most), and then power it up again. Regrettably, if that does not correct the Autofill concern then we would suggest replacing the pitcher, especially if you're suspecting the magnetic cap of the pitcher could be damaged. You can contact our parts department- J&J international at 1-800-627-4368 to purchase the part or send your full model code and serial number in a private message here PM Link if you're in warranty for further assistance with submitting a part replacement request on your behalf.
