We purchased a complete package of Samsung products for our new home.  We love the look of all matching appliances and have had so many compliments on product.   However, the Samsung Refrigerator RF263TEAESG top ice maker was freezing up to the point that it was very difficult to remove bin due to being frozen shut.  Now bottom freezer is not freezing at all.  You can hear compressor kick on and off frequently and makes a loud humming noise and is very hot to touch.  We have check the fan by compressor and it seems to be working.  After researching on internet i found that there is a class action lawsuit on Refrigerator RF263TEAESG due to defects that cause temperature issues and ice makers to freeze up.  We purchased our Samsung RF263TEAESG on 11-23-16 and paid $1399.00 (discounted due to purchasing complete package).  We would like to know what we need to do about getting a service person to look at it or if a refund could be sent.  Please contact me at <Hidden>Samsung Refrigerator RF263TEAESG AA 1_Page_2.jpgSamsung Refrigerator RF263TEAESG AA 2.jpg

I can definitely understand your concern here. Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001012/ If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
