For anyone still having this issue. I ran into this issue when I changed the SSID of my network and wanted to reconnect the refridgerator to the new network. I tried unplugging/replugging the fridge, resetting the data on the smartthings app etc. Nothing worked. After speaking to tech support they mentioned holding down the "Door Alarm" button for a few seconds. Normally this disables the panel, but if you continue to hold it, it seems to reset the wifi settings and let me start the connection process over with success.
