Family Hub is stuck. Touchscreen not working.
- Tried the red toggle. Nothing

- Tried turning of the breaker. Nothing

- Plugged mouse into the USB where the red toggle is and was able to access the screen and click on setting and did a factory reset. Nothing

Unit was manufactured in Jul 2020. So it’s a relatively new unit. NEXTSTEPS.
