My Samsung French door refrigerator died in September and I still haven't been able to have it repaired.

I have talked to 5 people from Samsung about this. They didn't have a certified Samsung technician in my area so they told me I was on my own to get it fixed. After calling 12 different places and having three people look at it I'm at my whit's end. The last customer service person I talked to said that the original work service number had been closed out even though absolutely no work had been done! I was also originally told that it would be covered by a one time warranty allowance because it had gone out within a year of use. 
 After months of dealing with getting my refrigerator repaired I have finally had a qualified technician from A&E Factory Service give me a quote to repair it. 
The compressor is out which would be under the warranty. This refrigerator was not plugged in for use until December 21, 2020. It died September 19, 2021. There is no reason that a brand new fridge (less than a year old) should be having these issues. 
The compressor is also currently listed as out of stock. I want this fixed ASAP as I have already been dealing with this for months.
