Our pitcher has also leaked from day one. Tried the re-seating and have only hand washed. I see people getting replacment pitchers still having this issue. Has this been corrected yet?

The pitcher is not made well. The plastic buckles from the side slightly and does not make seal. Thought about slightly heating it up and reform it. But Samsung needs to have better quality control no matter how small the part.

From the day of delivery the water pitcher leaks when pouring. We have attempted to adjust it without success. In fact the leak is getting worse. We love the concept of the auto fill pitcher but hate cleaning up spilled water every time it is used. Is there a way to fix or replace this?
