From the day of delivery the water pitcher leaks when pouring. We have attempted to adjust it without success. In fact the leak is getting worse. We love the concept of the auto fill pitcher but hate cleaning up spilled water every time it is used. Is there a way to fix or replace this?
Our sincerest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. Please feel free to send us a private message with your full model code and serial number so that we can look into this for you. http://bit.ly/33ipYnO
As per title, the auto fill pitcher that comes with the fridge leaks from the front. All other threads in this forum (multiple!) have a solution where Samsung is asked to be PMd directly, and no other solution that can be applied by anyone. I already received a replacement pitcher (almost 2 months wait) and it leaks WORSE at the SAME SPOT. Obviously tried the few things (dry seal, reseal) and nothing works. Problem basically turns an awesome feature into basically useless - I don't want water everywhere!
Here too! It looks like a really bad design where the gasket is not making full contact where the plastic is not flat.
Mine is being serviced under warranty and the tech replaced it with a second unit that leaks. He took off the seal and flipped it around. It stopped leaking just until he left. Now the new one is leaking worse than the original one.
They're ordering a THIRD pitcher!
It only took a few days to get the replacement the first time... now it doesn't matter if they all leak!
The pitcher has leaked since day one and we have only had the refrigerator since August 2019. Reseating then lid slows down the leak, but still leaks. This seems to be a common problem based on other posts. Is it covered under warranty Samsung?
I apologize for any inconveniences. I definitely understand your frustration. Please reach out to us via private message with your full model code and serial number so we can to look into this.
Mine is leaking also! Its driving me crazy. I have tried everything to fix it and it still leaks! From what I am reading is that even the replacements leak. Please help!
