I asked the same thing and like typical Samsung, it goes unresolved. The customer support agents sending PM's is a nice gesture to address problems, but I wish Samsung would actually do something to fix this basic flaw for a premium product. I never even got my replacement because it was on back order and never heard from them again. Frustrating...
My husband and I purchased this refrigerator a couple of weeks ago, and I noticed last week that that pitcher is leaking. I've tried reseating the lid but nothing seems to work.
This feature was a selling point for us because the filtered water makes our coffee taste wonderful and it's great to have it ready to use at a moment's notice.
Is there a way to fix this?

and the front of the water pitcher leaks everytime we use it... We paid a lot of money for this fridge for this to leak, we have checked everything on it and still leaks.. How can we get a replacement, this is still under warranty
