Refrigerator door seal doesn't always seal between the 2 doors

JUMP TO SOLUTION

The door seal does not always rotate when doors are closed. The top of the hinged seal does not engage the fixture that causes rotation. I can push the seal up and it will engage. But, eventually it slides back down. How to fix this permanently?

Have had unit for years. Yes, it is level

Found Mcgiver fix. Unscrewed rotator block at top of seal. Inserted a toothpick. This lowered the block just a little. Now seal rotates reliably, I hope.

How long have you had this unit? Can you verify that the unit is leveled? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062321/
