Refrigerator ice bucket stuck and broke

The ice bucket in my refrigerator broke. I own the RF28R7351SG. I do my weekly cleaning of the fridge to get the ice out, if i don't the ice dispenser sounds like it's about to explode because it's frozen, which is VERY annoying. This last time i pulled out the ice bucket like i usually do, but this time one of the plastic pieces broke off. Attached are some pictures. This fridge is barely a year old and gives me the most headache of any appliance I own. Please make this right and replace it. Thank you.
