We have a RF28HMEDBSR that we are totally frustrated with. The ice maker keeps freezing and has to be thawed. The ice dispenser drops ice without requesting ice and whenever you try to get ice you get a squirt of water first that goes everywhere. We have tried the "fixes" we have found on here and nothing has helped. Something is defective in this refrigerator. What will Samsung do to make this right?
