We have a brand new model RF32CG5400SR, and it cannot dispense water. We had a technician visit TWICE in the past week. The first time he replaced the freezer/filter case, the second time, he replaced the case and the part that includes the freezer damper (it wasn't closing). Each time the failure occurred, the water filter was frozen solid.
We are very unhappy with the miserable performance of this unit. We have scheduled a THIRD visit from the technician. If this problem persists, we will need to investigate other options:
- Can we replace the entire unit, with either the same or a different model?
- Can we return it for a refund? (The vendor only provides returns for 48 hours after purchase.)

Kitchen and Family HubThe connection is fine. The water is not only on, the tech demonstrated it before leaving.
Ours is also set to 0 and 37. (I can't get the stupid app to connect, so I can't change the temperature anyway. I guess having a button inside the fridge to do this was considered bad design.)
In any case, the tech confirmed that there was a defective part during the second visit. Maybe its replacement is defective too, or there's something else going on.
Can you tell I'm not happy with this thing?

Kitchen and Family HubWell, Samsung is on the hook until they can figure out the problem. But this is getting tiresome.
I really want to like this unit. Really.
