Refrigerator on line support

My digital control panel was locked and I contacted Samsung technical support on on line.  After furnishing model number and serial number tech spent 45 minutes trying to solve the problem.  Unplugged refrigerator but not solution.  

Tech set up home tech call.   Tech walked in and pushed one button to unlock control center.   Poor instruction from on line support cost me $140 for a service call!


Call Samsung customer service and they agreed that the tech did not provide good instructions but they would not reimburse the home service fee.


Very poor customer service and support.  I will not purchase or recommend Samsung applications!!
