Has anyone had this problem. Purchased the Family Hub refrigerator in November 2019, on July 12th, heard the horrible beeping sound and display gave a bunch of error codes. Contacted Samsung via chat since it was Sunday and afternoon hours, told to unplug fridge. July 13th got a ticket number. Service schedule and cancelled, service re-scheduled again cancelled. September 30th promised a new fridge. Fast
Forward 29 days and multiple phone calls, still without a refrigerator. Imagine living in a COBID19 world and having to go to the supermarket daily. Any suggestions?
