Good afternoon-I purchased new Samsung refrigerator in July 2020 at our Home Depot and since then the water pitcher has leaked. How may I obtain a replacement pitcher? I purchased the protection plan for this appliance as well. Thank you!
I purchased a bag of various sizes and lengths of rubber bands from (STAPLES). I inserted a small rubber band under the rubber gasket on the lid. I gently rocked the lid from side to side until the lid was closed. Make sure the gasket and rubber band are flat. My pitcher has not leaked since June 1st, 2020. I have received many responses from individuals saying this fix has worked for them. Good luck and stay well.
