Kitchen and Family Hub
I opened my freezer and it had frostbite. I tried to change the temp but it just keeps going back to -1 wanted it on at least -2 as recommended. Was working and staying on -2 but when I saw the frostbite, i tried to change temp but it stays on-1 now no matter what number I select.

Kitchen and Family HubHello, try to power cycle the unit. You can do that by either unplugging the unit or turning it off at the breaker for about 2 minutes. This will allow the unit to reset. Once you restore power set the temperature to -2.
Take a look at the link below if there is frost still inside your unit after the reset.
