We have had this fridge for over a yr and the Ring app just continuously logs itself out. Before it would stay logged in for a day or two. Since the last update it just immediately logs you back out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. What is the use of having this feature if it can't he used.

Apps -> Settings -> Storage -> Apps -> Ring
We can guide based on this info.
One of the things you can try is to logout, clear the app cache using
Apps -> Stroage -> Apps > Ring -> Clear Cache
In the screen, you can also see the Ring app version. Please let us know the same.
(4.0.16 is latest version for US)
After this, please try to login again using
Apps -> Ring
This solution of clearing the app cache solved my issue for the time being. Will update as days go by to see if the Ring app logs me out. If no updates are given, then the issue is resolved.
