Hi, the Ring app on my family hub fridge is working fine but is showing the wrong time for historic events. The events are showing at the correct time in my mobile devices but are an hour ahead on the fridge. Any idea how I can fix this?
With ring it can get a but confusing as 3 places need to be set. This is the order Ring app for setup of course. Next link smarthings now alexa app. The alexa app will dictate what you see through Samsung devices hub and tvs.. in the alexa app you will see smarthings connection and the ring connection listed separately. Go directly into the ring connection and adjust time and what devices you want to hear and see your ring. Samsung tvs FamilyHub sound bars and of course alexa devices Alexa devices .
Thank you for your reply! I canāt see any time settings anywhere for the fridge or ring devices in the Alexa app on my phone. Also canāt see any time settings anywhere on the fridge apps. Where should I be looking for this setting? Am I missing it?
