I had one it lasted 2.5 years. I purchased another it also lasted 2.5 years. Too expensive to only last 2.5 years. It's maybe worth $500 or less. I don't recommend this product it's a big let down.

Totally understandable frustration — spending that much on a robot vacuum and having it fail after just 2.5 years twice is definitely disappointing, especially when they’re marketed as premium smart home investments. At that price point, you expect a longer lifespan and better reliability.
