I recently moved and needed to update my address, for shipping, to use my Samsung credit account. The zipcode updated, but the street address will not. It has been over 3 weeks. I have contacted every department, TD financial, account services, e-commerce, sales etc and no one has been able to help me. I created a new account but it will not allow me to merge my credit line with Samsung, I would have to reapply again. I am currently paying on my washer and dryer. Am I able to cancel my account? Any help would be appreciated.
