I am having so many issues with my refrigerator and have made 4 separate phone calls to Samsung and just get support techs that read off of prepared messages and are not really offering any resolution to my problem. The ice maker broke as everyone knows now they are awful. I made the mistake of asking for a repair. Nana home services came who are really just as awful as Samsung. Not only did they not repair the ice maker but now the control panel is broken and nothing about this fridge works and it beeps all the time and send error codes.
