Ordered Samsung Appliances, they are AirDresser, Cube Smart Air Purifier and Air Furifier Filter Kit on May 29th 2021.
Cube Smart Air Purifier came in damaged (right lower frame was bent).
Called in Samsung.com and received a return label. Sent it in the same date I received the order on Jun 4th 2021. However, the replacement never came and received an email saying the promotional bundle discounts are cancelled and I am only getting a partial refund.
Called Samsung.com and was on hold off and on again with different agents for more than 1 hour and transferred 6 times before finally getting to the manger. A manager hung up on me as soon I as said good afternoon.
I've been Samsung loyal customer way back I could remember growing up back in Korea. Not Anymore. No More Samsung for Me. Hope Samsung fixes customer service problem. Very Sad.
