My 1-1/2 year old Samsung Oven Range malfunctioned a few months past warranty. The oven doesn't/can't maintain the set temperature. I appreciate customer service extending my warranty to attempt repairs but after 2 failed repairs I'm left with a malfunctioning oven. In the end I've been told this is the best they can do which is less than satisfactory. I was told I could purchase a new range/oven. While I may have no other choice, this is not what I would call a well resolved issue and I will not consider Samsung for any future purchases.
If anyone else has had a similar issue it would be helpful to know.
