Mine is expierencing the same issues with the ice maker. This is a top end unit, 4 door model. Tech support said to unplug it and let it set and defrost. The ice bucket is frozen in place. How is that a common thing you have to do every so often, defrost your fridge because the icemaker stopped. Give me a break Samsung! I'm a huge user of Samsung products, TVs, Phones, Smart Home, but I'm really having second thoughts. I saw in Florida two women were offered refunds on their fridges for the icemaker issues they were having. This was only after a news reporter called and emailed them though. I'd like to get my refund, thank you very much!
