Samsung Linear 39DBA Dishwasher Waterwall Reflector Not Moving
We have a Samsung Linear Wash 39 dBA Dishwasher in Black Stainless that we purchased in May for our Kitchen Remodel. We just recently installed the dishwasher (about a month ago). Each cycle has never cleaned the dishes and left copious amounts of water. My husband took all of the parts out and made sure there were no blockages. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. We were so frustrated that we ended up taking a video of the what was happening in the dishwasher cycle by putting a cell phone in a clear plastic bag and took a video with the flash on. We ended up seeing that the waterfall reflector (at the very bottom of the dishwasher) did not move the entire cycle. Pretty disappointing. To address any obvious questions, we have removed all installation packaging and ensured the dishwasher is receiving the correct psi and temperature as required by manufacturer recommendations.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
We have a service appointment on 12/19/19 but would like to avoid, if possible, to save not only our time, but the repair man's.
