Samsung NX58H5600SS, Oven won't ignite... Stuck in Demo mode

So I've been steering at this 'd' on my display panel for months. Not knowing what it is, nor seeing posts about it, my burners work, I can cook, so I've ignored. What I can no longer ignore is the fact that my oven cannot ignite. This stove was purchased in 2019 so it's only 1 year old. Did self diagnostic and got the code 'HO EAA' which means there is no error.  After doing some research the conclusion was formed that the ignitor needed to be changed. Bought and installed an Original OEM replacement and I still had the problem. Checked the resistance reading on the electrical wires and all is good. 

Did more research and stumbled on a posting in another forum about the stove being in demo mode. Only problem there are no instructions anywhere how to take Samsung Gas Range model number NX58H5600SS out of demo mode. Please provide a solution. I need to do my Christmas baking.

Here are a few things that can be attempted.  While you have a gas model, it's still worth a shot. 

1. Demo mode
Touch Options.
Touch 8.
Touch 2 to turn demo mode off.
Touch START/SET to validate the new setting.

2. Demo mode
Press the Options button.
Press 6 to select Demo mode settings.
Press the OK button.
Press one of the numeric buttons (1 or 2) to select a setting: ● Press 1 to turn Demo mode ON. ● Press 2 to turn Demo mode OFF.
Press the OK button to set the setting.

That soulful does not work as there is no Options button on this model stove.

The solution to take NX58H5600SS  out of demo mode:

1. Press and hold 3 & 4 together

2. Use 0 to toggle between turning demo mode on or off

3. Press Start button to save setting.
