I purchased a fancy Samsung slide-in range last March 2018. The first issue was that if you barely touch the knobs the burners come on. I was willing to look past that. Also, the unit is supposed to connect to wifi for use with a phone app. That NEVER worked, but I didn't worry about it since it was a feature we were probably not going to use. Today? The oven won't work at all. The top burners wok fine, but the oven will not bake or broil. The igniter in the oven will not glow. The range was bought mew at Best Buy. The model is NX58M9420SS. Has anyone had this problem? I had a Samsung washing machine that was recalled and a Samsung microwave has a roaring sound whenever you turn it on. This is it with Samsung for me. In the meantime, my 85 year old mother doesn't have an oven to use.
